BUYING SAFELY

Our online boutique offers a carefully curated collection of art objects, previously handled by professional antique dealers, collectors, and auction houses. Each piece is a genuine antique from past centuries, distinguished by exceptional materials, craftsmanship, and the legacy of notable artists.

Before Purchasing

All prices are upon the request. Before making your purchasing decision, contact us and discuss all the points that matter to you, either by email or by phone. For example: information relating to price, items general condition, delivery times, shipping and delivery costs, and commercial guarantees.

If the buyer is located nearby around Tallinn, do not hesitate to visit in person to view the items you are interested in.

At the time of purchase

We will issue an invoice stating the total price with description of the item and including the essential details (period, artist, materials, general condition, etc.). The shipping cost & information will be added as well. Payment must be completed in full before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.

Please do not leave any issue or question unresolved; always contact us if you have any queries before making the purchase. We have a strong interest in ensuring that the client is satisfied.

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs
• Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery

Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted only if the item is not as described then applies the 14-days withdrawal.

Any claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery

The Buyer must provide clear evidence (photos, description)

Buyer pays return shipping

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the refund will be issued no later than 30 days after the date on which the right was exercised and the item is received back in original condition.

The goods must also be returned within 14 days, in their original condition.

Nature of Goods (Antiques)

All items offered are authentic antique objects, originating from past centuries.

Due to their age and nature:

• • Items may show signs of wear, restoration, or imperfections

• Such characteristics are not considered defects, but part of their historical value

• Product descriptions and images aim to represent items accurately, but minor variations may occur 

Authenticity

We guarantee that all items are sold as genuine antiques based on our expertise and available information.

Certificates or documentation are provided where stated.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Natural aging or material degradation over time
• Minor inconsistencies typical for antique items
• Indirect or consequential damages

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all objects sold by us. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
